This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
