Also featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
